Small-Sided Football (OSSF) U5's, U6's, U7's, U8's & U9's : Optus
Small-Sided Football provides an enjoyable participation experience for young
people of all abilities with a major focus on skill development through freedom
of expression, minimal coaching and limited emphasis on the scoreboard. Small-Sided
Football is a modified version of the game designed to meet the needs of player’s
aged 5 - 9. The smaller sized fields with fewer numbers of players per team encourages
more touches on the ball and opportunities for more goals to be scored. More info

Coaching
Development Program : Heathridge Football Club has appointed a Director
of Coaching, responsible for the management, implementation and development of
our coaching program. Our coaches will be given access to the very latest of coaching
techniques, courses and equipment. We are confident this approach will complement
the enthusiasm and commitment displayed in developing not only a coaches technical
& tactical coaching skills but in the way they facilitate player development
at their respective levels. We aim to ensure that every child has the right coaching
to nurture and develop them to whatever level they aspire.
